Pangarau Students learn mathematics & statistics by exploring relationships in quantities, space & data & learn to express these relationships in ways that help them to make sense of the world around them. We learn about Number & Algebra, Geometry & Measurement and Statistics.
Putaiao Students generate and test ideas, observe, investigate and model, in order to develop scientific knowledge, understanding and explanations. We discover the Nature of Science, the Living World, the Physical World, the Material World, the Planet Earth & Beyond.
Hangarau Students explore how people intervene in the world by developing products, systems and environments to expand their possibilities. We focus on Technological Practice, Technological Knowledge and the Nature of Technology.

Hauora Students learn how to support their own well-being and that of others and society, exploring these in health related & movement contexts. We learn about Personal Health & Physical Development, Movement Concepts & Motor Skills, Relationships with Other People, Healthy Communities & Environments.

Te Taurawhiri To develop appropriate knowledge, skills attitudes & values through the effective delivery of the Learning Strands & Learning Modules in the Religious Education Programme. To enable children to develop ways of integrating faith & life & culture. To integrate aspects of Religious Education with other Essential Learning Areas where appropriate. To teach material that is theologically sound, using the resources of various cultures while allowing for each child’s free faith.
