On Tuesday the 13th of February, the Manaakitanga Syndicate visited Stardome as a pre visit for our Inquiry topic focused on the Solar System. We were taken on a classroom session where we explored our planets and participated in an amazing race like quiz. We then experienced an incredible digital projection of stars and planets come to life on the giant domed screen in the Planetarium. Check out some pictures from our trip below! Also a massive thank you to all our parents who came out and helped on the day. Even though the weather turned sour, we still had an awesome time!
