Today 17th August was a special celebration during Maths Week. We had a mufti day where we all wore clothing which expressed a fraction.
Can you see a fraction on our clothing? First we talked to our buddy about our mufti. We each stood in class and shared what we thought our fraction idea was.
Some of us had our hair done in a special way that showed a fraction. Can you see 1/2 in our hair? Mrs B had a very colourful ‘fraction’ jumper on too.
It was a great day, with lots of happy Maths games and activities. Thank you to Mrs Pancha for taking photos of us and also reading us a fraction story about a ‘Pizza Party.’
